Exchanges
 
For exchanges, the most efficient method is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the desired item.
 
European Union Cooling Off Period
 
Customers located in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel or return their orders without providing a reason. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A proof of purchase is also required.
 
Refund Process
 
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will communicate the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
